Your ceremony includes:
-Completion of the Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM) (minimum 1 month’s notice required)
-Checking your legal ID documents
-The legally required marriage wording
-Your legal vows
-Signing the marriage paperwork with 2 witnesses (18+) Lodgement of your marriage with Births, Deaths & Marriages

Option 2: Your Friend or Family Member Does the Ceremony (I Do the Legals)
Want your best friend, sister, or favourite person to run the whole ceremony?
You absolutely can.
They can lead the full ceremony, tell your story, include readings, run the vibe, and I’ll be there as your authorised celebrant to complete the legal requirements.
This option includes:
-All legal paperwork and ID checks
-Legal wording + legal vows (included within the ceremony) Signing of the certificates with 2 witnesses
-Lodgement with Births, Deaths & Marriages

What Makes It Legal in Australia?
To be legally married you must:
Lodge your NOIM with me at least 1 month before the wedding.
-Provide valid ID (and divorce paperwork if relevant)
-Have 2 witnesses over 18
-Include the legally required wording and vows
-Sign the legal documents
